I'm a NYC resident who has tried, unsuccessfully, to stop blogging for a variety of reasons.

But I miss it too much, so here we are...

I never blog from work, and when I mention market conditions, I'm always 12 hours behind the news cycle - so nothing I write should be considered in an investment decision. Plus, I'm a perma-bear (so I always say the same thing).
