First, this is pretty interesting:
A 9mm round—romantically called a "parabellum," from the Latin slogan ("If you seek peace, prepare for war") of its original German manufacturer— Newsweek
Secondly, people really need to get over these silly arguments on gun control...
It’s true that in renewing the expired ban on assault weapons we can’t guarantee that someone won’t shoot people with a semi-automatic pistol, [1] ...
Semi-automatic Glocks and Walthers, Cho’s weapons, are for killing people. They are not made for hunting, and it’s not easy to protect yourself with them [2]. (If having a loaded semi-automatic on hand kept you safe, cops would not be shot as often as they are.)
Rural America is hunting country, and hunters need rifles and shotguns [3] —with proper licensing, we’ll live with the risk. There is no reason that any private citizen in a democracy should own a handgun [4].
[1] That's because the assault weapons bill didn't ban semi-automatic pistols.
[2] This makes no sense - if they're good for killing people, they're good to protect yourself with.
[3] The Second Amendment doesn't have anything to do with hunting.
[4] Iraq is a democracy (kind of). Target shooting (an Olympic sport). Self defense (guns are used five times more often for self defense than for crime).

we need guns they are useful in self protection and in hunting. I own an Ak-47 and most people when hearing this automatically have visions of terrorist running the streets but I find a this gun to be ideal for hunting hogs in south texas. It's not guns that are causing the problem it's ignorance.
