The Bucket List
quit after 20 minutes. an embarrassment to both Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman.

here's how equities ended up for the year...
Dow Jones -33.8% S&P -38.5%, Nasdaq -41.9%, Russel (small caps) -34.8%, Bank Index -50.0%, Brokers -62.7%, Real Estate Investment Trust -41.5%, Transports -22.6%, Crude Oil
-55.3%, Nat Gas -25.3%, Oil stocks -59.8%, Airlines -29.3%, Utilities -29.9%,
Semiconductors -48.0%, HMOs -54.8%, Pharma-19.4%, Biotech -17.7%
not many places to hide. I don't really do investment advice but personally I'm not planning on buying equities in the first 3 months of next year... that 2% CD yield is just fine with me.

In view of what seems to be happening
internationally with banks at the moment, I was wondering if you could
advise me on the following matter:
If one of my cheques is returned marked "insufficient funds", how do i know whether that refers to me or to you..?
